Dear Brethern,

It has been a busy couple of months for Pentalpha. One EA degree, a FC degree coming up and some excellent Masonic education. At our meetings in March we had excellent presentations by Past Grand Senior Warden Harold Garron and Past Master Jeff Coney. Harold’s presentation was educational and taught us about whence we came from as Freemasons. Jeff’s presentation gave some of us goosebumps and led to an excellent discussion about hauntings and spirits that we have encountered. Rob Fleischer completed his EA proficiency in excellent fashion. In April we will have his FC degree at our first meeting and a presentation by Past Master Marvin House at the following meeting.

I do have a favor to ask of you. When you have time, please check and update your information on the Grand Lodge Portal. We are trying to make sure that our wives’ contact info is up to date as well. If you have any trouble getting on the website or logging on, please contact James Kinnear or myself to get some help. Thank you.

As many of you know, I work for an outdoor barbeque catering company and am blessed to be outside much of the year. As I was taking my walk the other day and reviewing the FC lecture. The place was abuzz with activity. Bugs, birds and buds on trees were all enjoying the day. I took a moment to thank the Grand Architect for His glorious works of creation. I hope that you will take a moment away from the busy, crazy world that we live in right now and take a deep breath.
